Katerina is fluent in English and Russian and has led hiring projects for some of the most prestigious organization in the world. Katerina lives in Naples, FL and enjoys spending time with her husband and 6 year old son.

With a background in Human Capital Management software, Mario understands the importance technology plays in expansion as well attracting and retaining key employees. Mario has experience implementing Recruiting and Onboarding modules as well as full LMS platforms. His focus with CSquare is to consult organizations through an entire “attracting and retaining” strategy.

Christophe has been in recruiting since 2010. He worked for companies like Palo Alto Networks, Korn Ferry and KBC Bank before joining CSquare in 2020. He enjoys the sourcing process and connecting with new people on a daily basis. His industry knowledge is second to none!
Karol Garcia

Karol Garcia was born in Venezuela, lived most of her childhood and adult life in the
Netherlands. Karol started her career in recruitment in 2017, hiring for the Florida based entity for an industrial engine manufacturer, she then went on to spend 2 years in an agency environment before joining CSquare in 2022.
